So I’ve started watching dramas since J1 (English ones I mean), that’s kinda late considering many of my friends are English speaking. But that's another story altogether.
Still, my first drama was CSI, under the influence of Cheryl and Guofeng. I started with Season 4, closely followed by Season 5 and i just discovered i had Season 6 which i'll watch after the last season of The OC ends. I would also try to get my hands on Season 7 soon. I loved Season 5 the most as I felt there were several memorable episodes which touch on topics such as family and love.
After CSI, I channeled my love to The OC. Flitting through Season 1 to 4 like it’s a picture book. I became an avid fan and I still am. Even though Season 4 will put a full stop to the entire show, I will get my hands on Season 1 – 4's DVD and re-watch it whenever I need an escape. It’s one of those rare shows where, after watching, it stirs up thoughts of how fortunate/unfortunate I am. The OC, my escape.
Now, I’ve just started and am finishing Season 1 of Heroes. A highly thought provoking and thrilling drama. Can’t say much except I’m impressed at how the plot links up all the characters of different nationalities. Cool stuff. Oh and Season 2 is making it's debut next week.
PS: I had a surprise early in the morning, really touched. There's a price to pay for freedom, and it's all worth it. (=
