Last weekend was really memorable. I visited the Night Safari on Satuday and it was really an eye opener. The place was swarming with tourists and locals alike and what can I say… It was like being on my very own reality tv show. Embarking on the 3 walking trails, it was really exciting as the creatures were not always there awaiting your arrival. You had to strain your eyes to spot those that were less than obvious. I think I only failed to spot 3 of them as it was really dark and they blended real well with the environment.

The real treats included the “Creature of the Night” show which was blurdy good. The coordination between the various presenters and definitely, the animals made the ½ hour wait totally worthwhile. The last part of the trip there was dedicated to a near 50minutes tram ride which is really not to be missed. If you think you’ve seen all during the walking trails, you are so very wrong! They tram ride brings us much closer to the animals, many of which could not be seen via the walking trails!
