During the train ride to Hualien, mountains and coastlines were within view from my seat. It was a great experience though once is enough as the 2 hour journey really made me bored after a while. I mean... imagine seeing the Pacific Ocean and mountains for that long, all that novelty would wear off eventually no? Still, eating the cheap and good Bian Dang on board the train was an experience i would never forget. Below are some photos taken from the train. Enjoy. =)

xyph - I did that too!!! jus that hualien i took train... on the way to kaohsiung i took bus.
