"Imitation is the Greatest form of flattery"
After visiting the Taroko National Park, we proceeded to our accommodation site in Hualien - Promised Land Resort. Even though it was only 5pm, the sky was already in total darkness. Along the way, there were many run down houses and more mountains. As compared to Taipei, Hualien appeared less developed.
Upon reaching the resort, I was chauffeured to my room and what greeted me really encouraged me to skip dinner altogether and to turn in immediately. However, i washed up and met my parents for dinner 2 hours later. The next morning, i witnessed the stunning beauty of the resort. *points to picture below* Against the clear blue sky, you could see the clear outline of a mountain. It's really picturesque. The 3 photos below were taken outside my resort. Nice eh?
