++ are modern clocks are made to turn faster?

This week passed extremely quickly. 6 days ago, i was still partying, counting down to the new year. In a flash, i've already lived 5 days into 2007. Gosh. Basically, this week been passed by with the initial awe and the later stress of my new job scope. Looking like anything but presentable, i've fleeted through this week with no sense of achievement, or any sense at all. (unless you count clearing emails, which pile up almost immediately so it makes no difference).

So it seems, besides working and working, i've done nothing else except keep a close watch on my daily expenditure. The monotonous lifestyle is killing me. Even thou a part of me is glad that i don't have to constantly adapt to new things. So i guess i'm contented with every part of my life now, maybe except the fact that The OC will cease continuity after Season 4 ends. I must say it has played (and is still playing) an important part of my life, by providing an escape from the realities whenever i indulge in the lives of the colourful characters in the drama. Nevertheless, i guess all good things have an end BUT i'm holding on to those that mean alot to me. Afterall, life is but our own stage and ultimately, we decide how we want to act out the next scene.

Oh and here's an excerpt of Josh Schwartz's interview (storyman behind the OC) about the remaining episodes: There will be a pregnancy. There will be a most unexpected new love triangle. There will be some new animals that need saving. There will be some hallucinatory dreams. And there's going to be a fight for the love of a certain woman. And there's going to be some surprises for the Cohen family, and some really big decisions for everybody to make. The finale is really going to deliver real closure to these characters. It's going to be the finale we had always planned to do.

And he said Marissa is NOT coming back, to the disappointment of many.

So, guess i'll pause here for now, let you guys make sense of what i'm saying. Stay tuned for a review of Elva Hsiao's "1087" album soon as she's my Artiste of the Month for January. My music column "mUsic+Alk" will be on a monthly basis, with an Artiste of the Month (with/without) an album.
